All jewellery is handmade to order and because of this, no two pieces are exactly alike - we aren't machines, we're human! Slight variances may occur in the item you receive.
The cards that your earrings arrive on may be a different colour than what is displayed on the website. We take great pride in maintaining a certain aesthetic and ensure that it will still look beautiful.
Taxes & Shipping
Each item is handmade to order and will ship from our studio in 5 - 7 days. A standard shipping rate of $10 is offered at the Checkout. We are not responsible for any duties that may be incurred for shipping outside of Ontario and/or Canada.
Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase please submit an email on the "Contact" page and we will be in touch within 48 hours. While we want you to be happy with your purchase, each situation will be assessed individually and considered for exchange or store credit.
